QUESTION:
I have two Minka Aire fans. I have lost one of the remotes and cannot operate one of my fans. The builder told me the remotes were specific to each fan. The remote I have for the one fan shows model UC7084T. Both remotes looked identical. I bought the house new in 2007. I would like to purchase an additional remote so I can operate my other fan and light.

ANSWER:
Not a problem. Just give us a call and we will get you a new remote. We will need the model number and serial number of the fan, which can be found on a label that is on the top of the fan motor. Get that info, then call us at: 1-800-201-1193.
