We do NOT sell Hampton Bay Ceiling Fans!

We do NOT recommend or offer support for Hampton Bay Fans. Hampton Bay ceiling fans are sold only by Home Depot, it is their own house brand they import directly from China. If you are experiencing problems with a Hampton Bay fan, please contact Home Depot.

Since Hampton Bay fans are sold only by Home Depot, we do not have access to any details, wiring schematics, owners manuals or any other form of documentation for them, nor do we supply downrods, light fixtures, controls, or any parts to repair Hampton Bay fans. Such things would need to be purchased from Home Depot if they have them available for your Hampton Bay fan. If you are shopping for the best deal on a new ceiling fan or have questions about ceiling fans, use these resources on our website:

QUESTION:
I have a miramar 60" hampton bay, model ac374, DOM 2/06. Light use. Now runs really slow on hi, barely on med and not at all on slow. It hums/vibrates, very noisy, like when you hook a wall mounted speed switch to a fan. Remote clicks with a mind of it's own, back and forth and then off sometimes. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I have a feeling it's in the remote unit? Any direction is greatly appreciated. HP
