Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Barbecue Grills
The Echelon Diamond series grills are the top of the line from Fire Magic and are the most luxurious barbecues made. These grills are designed specifically for those who will not settle for less when it comes to creating the ultimate outdoor living area. Expertly crafted in the USA from the highest quality stainless steel in the grilling industry, each Echelon Diamond Grill has a long list of features exclusive to Fire Magic. To take advantage of some of these features, you must be prepared to plug your grill into a 110V electrical supply.
Here are some of the more notable features: The most durable Cast Stainless steel "E" burners ever made (with a lifetime warranty). Optional high temp infrared burners for extremely quick heat-up searing. The highest quality stainless steel you can buy on a grill for extreme durability and ease of cleaning. A new contoured face with polished stainless steel trim creates an unmatched look of luxury. Super heavy duty stainless steel cooking grids and flavor grids will last a lifetime. Heat zone separators that isolate cooking zones so you can grill foods at different temperatures in each zone. A Super Heavy Duty rotisserie and "recessed" stainless steel back burner with an extra deep firebox allows you to grill larger items on a spit than other barbecues. A digital thermometer with an audible alarm for each cooking zone so you can cook delicious foods with precision. A digital meat probe lets you know instantly when your food is ready. An optional Magic View window allows you to see what you are cooking without opening the hood and losing precious heat. Built-in halogen lights for night time grilling. A double wall feather-light balanced hood with spring action that makes it easy to open and close. You can even order your grill with an optional remote controlled power hood that allows you to open and close the hood with the push of a button.

Fire Magic Aurora Barbecue Grills
The Aurora series is designed for those who want the top quality that Fire Magic is known for but are not particularly interested some of the lavish bells and whistles of the Echelon Diamond series. The Aurora series is still by all means a high end grill and has the most important features necessary to provide a lifetime of great outdoor gourmet grilling. As with all Fire Magic grills, the Aurora series is proudly made in the USA from the highest quality stainless steel in the grilling industry.
Here are some of the more notable differences between the Aurora and Echelon grills: Unlike the Echelon Diamond series, the Aurora grills do NOT use 110V electricity. Because of this they will not have the built-in grill lights, optional remote power hood and there is no built-in rotisserie (although it is optional). The Aurora grills do however incorporate the same durable Cast Stainless steel "E" burners as the Echelon grills so they will provide the exact same precise and consistent flame with lasting durability. The exact same infrared burners are also available as an option for extremely quick heat-up searing. The Aurora has a more typical offset face style rather than the stylish contoured face of the Echelon grills, yet because of the quality of the stainless steel along with the polished stainless steel trim, it still is quite pleasing to the eye. The Super heavy duty stainless steel cooking grids and flavor grids are identical to the Echelon grills so they will last a lifetime. There are no heat zone separators, so unlike the Echelon grills the Aurora series does not have the ability to isolate cooking zones, although the multiple independently controlled burners still give you some flexibility in heat across the cooking area. The rotisserie and back burner are optional with the Aurora grills where they are included with Echelon series. The optional back burner is a more typical ceramic style instead of the Quantum back burners that are made entirely of stainless steel found in the Echelon grills. The rotisserie package for the Aurora grills comes with an external halogen light to make up for the lack of internal lights in the Aurora series. The firebox, flavor grids and cooking grids inside the Aurora grills are the same as the Echelon so you can still grill larger items on a spit than other barbecues. A built-in digital thermometer and digital meat probe is also included but is slightly less sophisticated for the lack of heat zones. One of the most notable differences between the Aurora and Echelon Diamond grills is the fact that you cannot add the slick Magic View window to any of the Aurora grills. Although this is a pricey option reserved only for the Echelon series, it is quite nice to be able to check on your food without opening the hood and losing the internal heat. Although the Aurora hood has the same feather light spring action construction as the Echelon, you cannot add the remote controlled power hood option to the Aurora grills.
