The Concept II Wet is a revolutionary new hugger style ceiling fan that is rated for wet locations outdoors. This is an industry first from Minka Aire only. The fan body is exactly the same as the indoor Concept II, but the motor has been beefed up to give the fan higher performance outdoors…which helps keep the bugs away. Since this fan can be used indoors as well, it is a great alternative to the standard Concept II fan if you want the best air movement in rooms with lower ceilings. The fan features the WC210 full function wall mount control system that can also be operated by a hand held remote control (Model RC210 sold separately). The low profile integrated down-light uses 1-100W Mini-Can Halogen light (bulb included) that illuminates throught the white opal glass in the brushed nickel and white models, or the Pietra glass in the Oil Rubbed Bronze model.
