Model F574-BNW in Brushed Nickel Wet. The light fixture and Silver Blades are included as shown. Light fixture uses 1-100W Mini-Can Halogen (bulbs included).**. Comes with The WC212 AireControl® Full Function Wall Control featuring 3 speeds in forward and reverse as well as a full range light dimmer. A receiver unit also comes with the fan that is compatible with the optional RC212 remote control (sold separately), should you decide to operate the fan from a hand held remote control or use both the included wall control and optional remote control together.
The Concept II Wet is the very first hugger style ceiling fan to be rated for wet locations outdoors. The hugger style body with integrated blades makes it excellent for areas that experience high winds where fans that have blades attached with more traditional blade holders are susceptable to breaking off. Even more, since it is wet rated, you can hose if off when it gets dirty! The fan features the WC212 full function wall mount control system that can also be operated by a hand held remote control (Model RC212 sold separately). The low profile integrated down-light uses 1-100W Mini-Can Halogen light (bulb included) that illuminates throught the white opal glass in the brushed nickel and white models, or the Pietra glass in the Oil Rubbed Bronze model.

This is a Flushmounted ceiling fan, so it cannot be installed on angled ceilings. Flush mount ceiling fans
are designed specifically for rooms with ceilings lower than 8 feet and do not perform well in rooms with higher ceilings.

How to use our Ceiling Fan Cost Calculator
Basic Help: Our cost usage calculator shows you how much it will cost to operate the Minka Aire Concept II 52 Wet ceiling fan. By default, the calculator assumes that you will leave your fan running 24 hours a day for the entire year (which is not very likely to be accurate), so you will want to change the hours and days to be more in line with how often you think you will use the fan. The calculator also defaults to the average cost per kWh of electricity in the USA. You can change this to use the average cost of electricity in your state, although this may vary widely from city to city. You will get more savings with a higher CFM fan than a lower Wattage fan because if your fan moves more air
you will be able to raise your thermostat to a higher degree. Raising your thermostat by 10 degrees can save you up to 40% on your cooling bills. Choosing a less powerful fan because it uses less electricity can be the worst mistake you can make because it will not cool you off enough to allow you to raise your thermostat to a high enough level without becoming uncomfortable. This is why CFM is so much more important to consider than Wattage.
