Was wondering how bright the 50 watt halogen light is? Looking for a fan - light combo for the morning room. 50 watts is less than most ceiling fan lights but was wondering if the fact the light is halogen based makes it brighter? Thanks Brian

Are the up-lights and down lights controlled simultaneously by the same dimmer on the remote? Can the be adjusted individually? Can one be on and the other off? What is the smallest down rod this fan can use? Thanks again Brian

Is the airflow still a 5 with the narrow medium antique blades. How about with the tropical blades ? Or is the airflow best with the pineapple lane with standard looking wood blades? I prefer the lookd of the tropical blades or narrow antique blades, but need really high airflow.

Is the airflow rating really a 5 with the bamboo or rattan blades, or is there better airflow with the wood blades. I have a large hot room. Although I love the rattan blades, if the wood move more air, I will get the wood. THanks,

Are the lights (controlled via the remote) dimmable?

Is there any concern with cutting the down rod (and re-drilling the set-pin hole) of either the TB-TB344CC or TB-TB344CW? While I know that other flush mount fans exist I would like to use one of these fans. Obviously if a flush mount kit exists I would use that instead.
