A fireback protects the vulnerable mortar and masonry of a fireplace by reflecting the fire's heat into the room. With a fireback, a cold hearth exudes a dash of warmth and sculptural quality, while a fire provides a dramatic interplay of light and shadow. Gone is the view of stained and crumbling bricks.

With Saf-T-Boots you can install a Pennsylvania Fireback in just a few minutes. Using Saf-T-Boot's patented step design, and Saf-T-Grates adjustable body, your fireback can be supported at any desired angle against the back wall of the hearth.

The interlocking leg design insures you safe, "no rocking" installation on smooth, or uneven hearth floors. A Saf-T-Boot will also increase your fireback's visibility by raising it approximately two to four inches.
