I do not have the receipt, but it is a 5 blade, 4 light brass fan. The model # is EF200D and UPC # is 082392460051 (ant br.). Well, when you pull the chain, it only works on one speed. The second pull is the only one that works and it goes like it is on semi-slow, which would be on third or fourth speed. It was working fine and all of a sudden one day it just died. So, the motor works but on one speed. Could this be fixed or do we have to buy a new one, because if we do it won't be a Hampton Bay! I would appreciate it if you would please look into this matter and see what we could do. Thank You. Why no answer?

You will need the UPC number it's usually at the top of the motor housing on hampton bay ceiling fans. they put me in touch with the vendor that make the fan and in turn i got the part i needed.
