COVID 19 NOTICE

Dear Valued Customers,

First and foremost, we would like to extend our concern and empathy to those affected across the world by COVID-19. The health and safety of our employees, customers, sales agents and business partners is our top priority during these challenging times. We have initiated our contingency plans to continue servicing our customers. A limited number of our dedicated staff are working remotely from their homes to answer your phone calls, emails and process your orders. We are hopeful that this will have a minimal impact on how well we are able to service our customers. Please be patient with us as we do our best during this unprecedented time.

Increased Lead Times

Most items on our site normally ship within 2 or 3 days, but these are not normal times. COVID 19 is causing shipping delays from many manufacturers. These delays are currently unpredictable with constant changes in CDC guidelines and local policies throughout the country. Although your items may ship much quicker, we suggest you anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery during this crisis. You will be much happier if your items arrive quicker than expected. If you need your items quicker, please call and we will be happy to check if there are expected delays on the items you wish to order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Long Term Impact

Because most items in the ceiling fan and lighting industry are made in China, issues with product availability are imminent as stock levels are being depleted in US based warehouses. Many factories in China were shut down for a period of time, which will have a ripple effect on inventory levels in the upcoming months. Even though most factories are reopening and ramping up, there are still issues with components in the supply chain that could cause even further delays. Containers are also being held longer in ports. All of this will negatively impact the availability of products later this year as current inventory gets depleted. If there are items you are going to want for the summer months, let us know right away so we can see if they are currently available.

All things considered, we have a lot of customers asking about products that are Made in the USA. So here are some links that can help you: Ceiling Fans Made in the USA. All of our Gas Logs, Fireplace Doors and Custom Fireplace Screens are made in the USA. Some lighting fixtures are made in the USA, but currently we do not have a way to filter them out.
