Kevin,
The blades measure 22.44" long x 6" wide at the widest point. The manufacturer does not supply any information about the hole pattern or distance between the holes. None of the blades on our website are meant to be used as generic replacement blades for just any ceiling fan. They are all designed to fit specific fans from each brand. In this case, these blades fit Craftmade fans that are designed to accept type 5 Craftmade blades and will have a 42" blade span when they are attached. So unless you have a Craftmade fan that is designed to use type 5 42" fan blades, it is unlikely the blades will fit the hole pattern of your blade holders and we cannot provide any further information to help you make that determination.
Keep in mind that fan blades are not meant to be interchangeable between different brands of ceiling fans and the blade holders and hole patterns vary not only from brand to brand, but from model to model withing a brand. So the information you are requesting is simply not considered necessary for the manufacturer of the blades to provide since they already tell us which fans within their brand they will fit.
With that said, there is always the possibility that you can drill your own holes into these blades even though they already have holes drilled in them. They will make your fan somewhere around a 42" span depending on how long your blade holders are and the dimensions of the fan body. Keep in mind that once you drill holes in the blades, they are not returnable.
