Anti-sway adaptor for flat ceilings. This mounting hardware replaces the standard ball and socket canoy that comes with your Craftmade fan. The standard hardware that allows your fan to hang straight down whether the ceiling is flat or angled, which is great in most applications. However, in outdoor locations, fans tend to swing back and forth in the wind, which can cause the blades to break if they hit the ceiling. This hardware will help prevent that from happening.
