Project 10061 - Fireplace Door Mock-Ups
ZC Fireplace with Mantel Surround
Customer Request: I am shopping for ZC/Manufactured Fireplace doors and I am considering purchasing the Design Specialties Brookfield ZC Deluxe Fireplace Door (DS-CUSTOM-BROOKFIELD-ZC-DELUXE). I would like to configure it with the following:
- Door styles: Sunrise, Mission or Prairie
- Louvers: Prairie, Keystone, or Tuscan
- Colors: Textured Black, Bronze Burst, Solar Bronze, or Espresso
Fireplace Size: 43.75" W x 32.50" H
Our comments: The only picture we have of the Brookfield ZC Deluxe has the Tuscan pattern, so we have chosen that for the mock-ups. Visually there is not enough difference between Bronze Burst, Solar Bronze and Espresso to make much difference in the mock-ups, so I have tried to duplicate Solar Bronze best I can. You will need to choose the final finish by using the finish sample pictures and the door pattern and louver designs on the product page here. Once you are pretty sure which pattern combination you want, please let us know and I will try my best to create it for you. These two mock-ups should give you a pretty good idea how the door will look in general.
Note: These mock-ups are not to scale and are meant to help you choose the model of your screen or door, not the finish. Although we may create a general representation of black, iron, bronze, gold and silver tones, you must choose your finish from our samples using the links below. Ask your project manager which samples apply to the items in your project.

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
