Project 10212 - Savannah Door on Brick Fireplace

Customer Request: I am planning to order the Savannah stock door for my fireplace which is 38 inched wide by 30 inches high. I would like to see the doors in the darker finishes as mockups so I can decide on the finish. Thanks!

Our Comments: We will need to know if you plan on keeping the blower. If so, we need to make sure the dimensions for the height is measured from the top of the blower rather than from the hearth since the door will sit on top of the blower. We also do not know whether you plan on putting the andirons inside the fireplace, so we have created the look with and without them. We also added some custom steel doors so that others viewing this project can see how they look.

Fireplace Opening: 38" W x 30" H

Note: These mock-ups are digitally created and meant to be used as a visualization tool only. The door frames are not exactly to scale and the finishes we attempt to replicate may not be accurate and will look different on every device. Mesh Options

These options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in.

Black Mesh Curtains - These slide back and forth on a rod behind the glass
Gate Mesh Doors - These are separate doors behind the glass that have a flat wire mesh and a black frame.
