Project #10693 - Glass Doors for Fireplace
Customer Comments: Hi Felix, So nice talking with you today. Here are pictures of the fireplace we talked about. The dimensions are 36 5/8 wide by 29 1/16 tall. The picture of the enclosure I attached is what my client likes although no dip the shape of the fireplace is what is desired. No arch. They like the two doors and glass with a chain curtain inside. The fireplace is wood burning so a damper is necessary. They like the type of antique brass that the picture shows. I would need not only pricing but a rough time as to delivery as well. Thank you for all your help with this. If one of your designers has an idea as to what would look good I would greatly appreciate it. Best,
Our Comments: We have identified the exact door that you liked and have replicated it in one of the mockups below. The finish is distorted in the picture and looks antiqued because of the distortion. That finish is actually a very polished gold color as you will see in Option #1 below. We have provided the available finish samples along with your original image so you can clearly see the gold tone. We would recommend choosing one of the finishes we used in the other 2 mockups.
Fireplace Opening: 36 5/8" W x 29 1/16" H
Note: These mock-ups are not to scale and are meant to help you choose the model of your screen or door, not the finish. Although we may create a general representation of black, iron, bronze, gold and silver tones, you must choose your finish from our samples using the links below. Ask your project manager which samples apply to the items in your project.

High End Hand Crafted Solid Brass
These doors are hand crafted by skilled artisans from Solid Brass or Steel, depending on the finish that is desired. Very high end, and very refined. Items made from solid brass come in a wide variety of hand crafted patinas and other finishes. Satin Nickel finishes done on solid brass are the finest quality and will not rust like plated steel.

Medium Range Steel Doors
Low End Aluminum Doors

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
