Our Comments: We have created a mockup of the door you requested along with several others you may wish to consider. The hidden damper is not a feature available on the Carolina door, so we included the Legend, which has that feature. We did not include any mesh curtains or gate mesh backup doors since you did not include that in your list of features, however they are available. We will send you pricing via email as we do not post pricing in this forum as it changes periodically.

Medium Range Steel Doors
Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.
Option #3: Legend Fireplace Glass Door with Special 1" Wide Frame and Hidden Damper in Rustic Black.
Low End Aluminum Doors
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
High End Hand Edge Framed Doors
These doors are hand crafted by skilled artisans from Solid Brass or Steel, depending on the finish that is desired. Very high end, and very refined. Items made from solid brass come in a wide variety of hand crafted patinas and other finishes. Satin Nickel finishes done on solid brass are the finest quality and will not rust like plated steel.
Option #5: EDGE-4 Minimal Frame Fireplace Door in Satin Nickel. This door has an angle iron frame that projects back into the fireplace and fits inside the opening. All you see is the edge of the angle iron and the door frames. This is not ideal for your fireplace because it does not hide the rough edge of the tile, but we wanted to show how the door looks. You can add a narrow trim around the opening to cover the rough edges as shown in the subsequent mockups below.

Measuring This Fireplace
I will need you to remeasure because the measurements you supplied are not sufficient to design this particular door. The Carolina door comes in 2 versions: 1 1/2" wide and 2” wide frames. I can see when looking closely at the tilework that there is too much variance to use the narrower 1 1/2" frame, so we must use the 2” wide frame. As you can see in the diagram below, the upper left corner has a piece of tile that angles into the opening. The subframe of the Carolina must clear that piece, or that piece will have to be cut, one or the other.
So we need the following measurements to ensure the door will fit and to determine the overall size to which it needs to be made.
W1: Largest width between any part of the tile opening. So you need to check all the way up and down.
W2: Smallest width between any part of the tile opening. As you can see, where W1 is pointing in the diagram, you need to measure from that point over to the other side.
H1: This is the smallest height anywhere around the opening. I show this arrow underneath the tile because sometimes there is a steel lintel that is actually lower than the tile opening. It does not appear to be the case with your fireplace, but looking at this angle I cannot be sure.
H2: This is the lowest height to any piece of tile around the opening (probably the same as H1 if there is no lintel)
H3: This is the highest height to any piece of tile that needs to be covered. As you can see where H3 is pointing, there is a gap. So you need to find the highest point to any gap that needs to be covered.

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
Black Mesh Curtains - These slide back and forth on a rod behind the glass
Gate Mesh Doors - These are separate doors behind the glass that have a flat wire mesh and a black frame.
Insulation: Provides a better seal between the fireplace face and the door frame.
