Our Comments: We have created the requested mockup along with some other doors for you to consider. The size you selected for the Savannah may not work if you measured the opening to the bricks. The critical height is to the lintel just under the bricks. If that height is less than 29 1/4, your opening is right in between sizes. You could go down to the next lowere size: SA-40295, but this model has an overall height of 29 1/2", which will only overlap the top bricks by 1/4". This is not ideal as you will see inside the fireplace through the mortar joints when looking down at the door frame. Ideally, the frame should overlap about 1" on all sides to prevent that from happening. So the Savannah is also available custom made as well the other doors shown below.

Low End Aluminum Doors
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
Option #1: Stock Savannah Fireplace Glass Door Model SA-40295 in Vintage Iron with Clear Glass and Gate Mesh Backup Doors. This door only overlaps the top brick 1/4"
Option #2: Savannah Fireplace Glass Door Custom Size in Vintage Iron with Clear Glass and Gate Mesh Backup Doors. This door would be made to overlap the bricks 1 1/2" on all 3 sides
Option #3: Brookfield Fireplace Glass Door in Vintage Iron with Clear Glass and Gate Mesh Backup Doors. This door has a more minimal looking frame and would overlap the bricks about 1/2" on the top and 1" on the sides.
Medium Range Steel Doors
Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.
Option #4: Legend Fireplace Glass Door in Forged Iron with Clear Glass and Gate Mesh Backup Doors. This door can have a custom width frame that would overlap the bricks about 1/2" to 1" on the top and sides.
High End Hand Crafted Wrought Iron/Steel Doors
Hand crafted doors take on a more rugged natural look for those who appreciate craftsmanship tasteful details.
Option #5: Craftsman Fireplace Door in Forged Iron with Clear Glass and Gate Mesh Backup Doors. This door can have a custom width frame that would overlap the bricks about 1/2" to 1" on the top and sides.
