Customer Comments: Hello, I am interested in a quote for a mesh fireplace screen for a masonry fireplace. Please see the attached picture. I will be happy to provide you with any measurements and answer any questions. Thank you.
Our Comments: Here are some ideas to get you started.
Fireplace Opening: 59" W x 40" H
Note: These mock-ups are not to scale and are meant to help you choose the model of your screen or door, not the finish. Although we may create a general representation of black, iron, bronze, gold and silver tones, you must choose your finish from our samples using the links below. Ask your project manager which samples apply to the items in your project.

Bar and Mesh
These examples are shown in hand made wrought iron and included hammered details and raised rivet panels on the ends. They can also be made at a lower cost with plain black bars without the hammering or rivets. The bottom bar helps hide the gap between the mesh and the inner hearth for a cleaner look. It also has the option to have a "Child Proof/Pet Proof Channel" that the bottom of the mesh sits in to help prevent pets and children from pushing the mesh inwards and getting into the fireplace. For a small upcharge, we can place the brackets in the same location as the brackets that were used for your previous screen. This would require precise measuring on your part.

Free Standing Screens
These screens are specially built for large fireplaces with heavy duty mesh and reinforced steel frames. The Wrought Iron models are made from 3/8" Thick x 1 1/4" Wide material. The steel screen is 1/4" thick x 1" wide material.

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
