Replacement Satin Nickel Fireplace Glass Doors - Project #11027
Our Comments: In this project the fireplace has recently been remodeled. The original nickel plated solid brass doors were mistakenly discarded and need to be replaced with the same door in a satin nickel finish. We have created a mockup showing the exact same original door in satin nickel along with an alternative door made from nickel plated steel. We also superimposed the original polished chrome door onto the new fireplace just as a point of reference.

High End Hand Crafted Solid Brass
These doors are hand crafted by skilled artisans from Solid Brass or Steel. The Satin Nickel finishes are the finest quality and most durable in the industry.
Option #1A: DF1G Solid Brass Cabinet Door in Satin Nickel with Waterfall Handles and Round Vent Holes. This is exactly like the original door from the same manufacturer but in satin nickel instead of polished chrome.

Medium Range Steel Doors
Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
Black Mesh Curtains - These slide back and forth on a rod behind the glass
Gate Mesh Doors - These are separate doors behind the glass that have a flat wire mesh and a black frame.
Insulation: Provides a better seal between the fireplace face and the door frame.
