Customer Comments: To whom it may concern, I need to replace glass door on my heat circulating prefab fireplace (pictures attached). I looked at your website and like Brookfield Custom Fireplace glass doors or Brookfield ZC deluxe custom Fireplace glass doors. Please let me know how I could get estimate and make order.
Our Comments: We have created mockups of the two doors you requested along with some others you may want to consider. All of the doors except for Option #1 can be connected to your fireplace with strong rare earth magnets for the easiest installation imaginable. Before we can determine which of these doors will work and provide a quote, we need to see how the fireplace looks without the existing doors and surrounding vent covers. Affordable Aluminum Doors
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
Custom Steel Retrim Doors
These doors can be made in a number of styles and patterns with a variety of textured and smooth finish combinations. They are virtually open to your imagination.
Option #3A: Custom Retrim with 4-Sided Vents in Dark Antique Bronze with Antique Gray Doors.
Option #3B: Custom Retrim Cabinet Door with Center Bars and 4-Sided Vents in Flat Black with Grey Glass and Mesh Curtains.

Fig #1 - Closeup. The red arrows point to the vents that surround the existing doors. You will need to remove the existing doors and then determine of those vent covers can also be removed. If they cannot be removed, then the doors we have presented will all need to be modified more like Option #3 with vents on all 4 sides.

Mesh & Insulation Options
The Mesh options are behind the glass so you can burn the fire with the doors open and still have spark protection. Great for real wood or gas logs since most gas long manufacturers insist that you have a screen in front of the logs when they are burning. Mesh panel doors are the most popular and are best for when there are toddlers present because they will not open backwards whereas the mesh screens are easily pushed in. Insulation goes between the back of the frame and the fireplace facing, providing a better seal.
Black Mesh Curtains - These slide back and forth on a rod behind the glass
Gate Mesh Doors - These are separate doors behind the glass that have a flat wire mesh and a black frame.
Insulation: Provides a better seal between the fireplace face and the door frame.
