Paul,

The manufacturer does not supply dimensions for their replacement glass pieces. They are mode to fit specific models as replacements. This one fits the Minka Aire Lizette Uni-Pack Ceiling Fan Models: F558-SWH / F558-BN. If you do not have that model of fan, then don't buy this glass.

Does this have two holes in glass?

Yes it does. It is designed to replace the glass on the Minka Aire F558-SWH / F558-BN ceiling fans which have two holes in the glass.

Important Note: If you are wanting to use this glass on any other brand or model ceiling fan, there is no way for us to know if it will fit your existing fitter and you may need to buy a different length of all-thread in order to make it work. All-thread is the threaded tube that is the part of your light fixture that goes through the glass in the middle where the bottom cap screws on to.
