Sorry for the delayed response. Bottom line is, there are no ceiling fans on the market that will work on a 7 foot high ceiling. Building safety standards require that all fan blades be at least 7 feet from the floor, so there is no way to achieve that distance on a 7 foot ceiling. The closest any fan blades come to the ceiling with any hugger fan is about 5", which means the lowest ceiling you can install a fan on would be 7 feet 5 inches.
